You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging where possible. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution.For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrect items, Defwear will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, and additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
